Questions sellers ask
Do I need a website?
No. Your shop page is the website. If you already have one, you can add a buy button to it and keep everything else as it is.
What does it cost?
Nothing for cash-on-delivery and bank-transfer orders, up to 50 orders a month, with no commission. A shop that grows past 50 orders a month will be asked to move to Pro, which also brings online payments, your own domain and your own WhatsApp number.
How does WhatsApp confirmation work?
After checkout the buyer sees an 8-character code and a button that opens WhatsApp with the message filled in. When they send it, the order is marked confirmed and you get an alert. Codes are single-use and expire after 24 hours.
Can buyers pay online?
Not yet. Checkout is cash on delivery, and you can arrange a bank transfer with a buyer directly. Online payment through local gateways is coming with Pro.
Which cities can I deliver to?
Anywhere your courier goes. StoreLink takes the order and the address. You book the courier the way you do now and add the tracking number when it ships, and the buyer sees it on their order page.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, with Pro. You point your domain at StoreLink and your shop answers on it. On the free plan your shop lives at yourname.mystore.pk.
What about returns and exchanges?
You write your own return policy and it appears on every shop page. When a parcel comes back, mark the order returned and it's out of your numbers.
Can I keep selling on Instagram and WhatsApp?
That's the point. StoreLink doesn't replace where you sell. It replaces the part where you collect the address, chase the confirmation, and write it all down.
